I work in rheumatology but don't know how to prescribe steroids

I'm not an allergist or rheumatologist, but I am a physician, and I'm pretty sure that if you work in these fields you should probably have a basic fucking grasp on the basics of dosing and prescribing steroids. "Tapering is confusing to me" - good lord, even an intern or perhaps even a fourth-year medical student would be familiar with the concept! That this midlevel seems to be prescribing Medrol Dosepaks, seemingly without any idea what she's doing, is genuinely frightening, and I fear for her patients.
